Conditions of Sale
The following terms apply to any orders and purchases you make from this website.
You must not order or purchase goods from us:
if you are aged under 18;
for re-sale purposes (all goods must be purchased for personal use); or
which are outside any order limits or restrictions which we may apply to our wines on this site.
We may accept any order for the supply of goods (in whole or in part), or decline any order. We are not liable to you in respect of those goods that we are unable to supply to you, provided that we refund any amounts paid by you in respect of the unsupplied goods.
Cancellations & Returns
Once you have placed an order, please note that we are unable to cancel or edit your order. Accordingly, please ensure all product and delivery details are correct.
In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality (as defined in s54(2) of Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), please contact us on 1300 651 650 and we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible. If we are unable to supply you with wine of the vintage that you ordered, we reserve the right to substitute it for the same wine of a different vintage.
Deliver
Unless the purchaser expressly provides to the contrary, the purchaser requests the seller to deliver the goods to the purchaser. Delivery is via Australia Post unless otherwise specified. Any delivery time-frames specified by us are indicative only. We are not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer if delivery is not made within the delivery timeframes or it is delayed for any reason. Please note that we can't deliver wine outside of Australia. We're also not obliged to deliver the goods to a location where our nominated contractor or agent does not provide delivery services. The person we deliver to has to be aged 18 years or over (and may be asked to provide proof of age). If no-one is at the delivery address, or if there is no-one aged 18 or over, an attempted delivery notice will be left at the delivery address and you will need to collect your wine from the location specified in the notice. Prices & Payment
The product prices listed on our website include $9.90 freight. Payment is only deemed to have been made once it has been received by us. The price of the goods (and delivery services if applicable) in relation to an order will be calculated by reference to the prices specified on the site at the time that order is placed. Where you have paid for the goods at the time of ordering, title, and risk in the goods passes to you on delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
Privacy
Any information you provide to us through the website will be used and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Your contract of sale will be with ABN 55 004 094 599 trading as Treasury Wine Estates Vintners Limited under South Australian liquor licence no. 57702912 and Victorian liquor licence no. 36127397, 32800105, 32800406, 32800066 and 32801711 as the case may be.

The use of this website is governed by these terms and conditions, which may be amended by us from time to time. Every time you use this website, you acknowledge to us that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Age requirement
You may only use this website if you are aged 18 years or over or otherwise over the legal drinking age in your country of residence. You must immediately exit the website if you do not meet these requirements.
Intellectual property and restrictions on use of content
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights appearing on this website (such as names, trademarks, logos and copyright material) are owned by us and/or our related companies. You must not use that intellectual property in any way whatsoever, except as expressly permitted by us in writing (or in the case of copyright material, as permitted by Australian and international copyright laws).
Transactions on our website
If you use this website to purchase goods from us, we may require that you open an account and that you create a username and password. You must keep your account username and password details confidential and secure at all times. You must not allow any other person to use your account, including any person under the age of 18. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account and must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Our Conditions of Sale govern any purchases you make from this website.
User content
You acknowledge that you have full responsibility for any content (including any remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics or any other material) you send or post to this site. Such user content will not be treated as confidential and may be used by us in any way whatsoever in the future, including in any advertising. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use that content in any way without payment or reference to you. You agree not to use this website to:
post content that you do not have the right to post, or that violates the intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy or other rights of any person or entity;
post content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or false or misleading;
post advertising or promotional materials of any kind; or
post content that contains software viruses or anything harmful to this website or its content.
We reserve the right to edit or remove any user content at any time.
Privacy and Personal information Any personal information submitted by you on this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Items for download
Occasionally certain materials may be expressly made available by us for downloading from the website. Any use of such items are entirely at your own risk. Unless stated otherwise, we grant to you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the relevant items for your own personal use. You must not copy, communicate to the public, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise transfer any right in them.

Saved Credit Cards
You can choose to make shopping with us more convenient by securely saving your credit card. Your credit card details will be saved using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and encryption to increase safety. We don't display your full credit card details for your protection and you can update or remove your credit card at any time.

This website may contain promotions in relation to our products or those of third parties. The terms and conditions for those promotions will be specified on the relevant part of the website. By participating in the relevant promotion you agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions.

While we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that this website is accurate, the website and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis. Faulty or Defective Returns
Squealing Pig will accept returns for any items that are faulty, defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality. We can arrange for a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
When initiating a defective or not-as-ordered return, please provide the following information in your request
Your Order Number and proof of purchase
The items within your order that are defective or not as ordered
The reason for returning them.
Our Customer Service team will review this information and provide a resolution in due course.
There is no restocking or return fee for items that are found to be defective, not-as-ordered or not of acceptable quality.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of your return being sent. Once actioned, refunds can take up to 7 days to land in your account. We will refund back to the card or account used for the original purchase transaction.
